VENDOR RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR FOE

MERCHANDISE

  • The Festival of eXcellence Committee shall be the sole judge as to whether an item is suitable for the event.
  • No - Stolen merchandise, firearms, ammunition, alcoholic beverages, or drugs.
  • No- Material unsuitable for family viewing or incompatible with the Festival of eXcellence Vision
  • No- Merchandise with the words "Festival of eXcellence", or any other variation thereof
  • Vendors offering such merchandise for sale will be removed from the event immediately.
  • We reserve the right to have items removed that are not secure.

OPERATIONS

  • Vendors are responsible for their own insurance, licenses, and permits. Food vendors must send a copy of their current Health Department permit with their application.
  • Each food vendor must follow state rules regarding preparation.
  • All vendors who are required to have resale numbers are responsible for collecting sales tax. Tax numbers must be included on application.
  • The Festival of eXcellence DreamTeam or Festival of eXcellence, Inc. assumes no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, or claim.

ELECTRICITY, WATER, TRASH & BOOTH

  • The Festival of eXcellence does not provide electricity or water. Large trash dumpsters are provided at the Festival site, and smaller receptacles will be in the Park.
  • All safety and fire regulations must be observed.
  • Tents larger than 10 x 10 are prohibited without proper permitting. A copy of the permit must accompany your application.
  • Generators may be used if they are quiet and can be located where they do not impede public safety.
  • Electrical Cords must be heavy-duty commercial grade and located where they do not impede public safety.

THE APPLICATION DEADLINE IS MARCH 1st, 2011

  • The application packet must include a completed and signed application; insurance information and a copy of the business license/permit; vendor fee in the form of a CASHIER'S CHECK OR MONEY ORDER made payable to the "Festival of eXcellence, Inc" is due by March 1st, 2010.  You can always pay your fees online from the front page of this website.
  • Payment is a commitment to appear. Vendors unable to attend must inform the committee at minimum 3 weeks before the event to receive a full refund. There will be no refunds made for non-appearance.
  • Food vendors space location will be first come first served per the postmark on the application. Space assignments and a package with directions will be e-mailed by March 10th, 2010.
